Training and Qualifications
All new staff complete an extendable probationary period. During this time they undertake a thorough induction program including all mandatory training requirements under the terms of our Registration with OFSTED.
Our staff training programme includes modules covering:-

- Safeguarding
- Fire safety
- First Aid
- Infection Control
- Epilepsy
- Equality & Diversity
- Health & Safety including Risk Assessments
- Moving & Handling
- Person Centred Planning
- Communication
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Team Teach (positive handling training)
- Child Sexual Exploitation
Staff are formally appraised annually and benefit from a full individual training needs analysis.
