Based in Rossendale, Oldham, Rochdale and Calderdale we have the following positions available.

SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS
(ADULT SERVICE)
CALDERDALE
(incl HALIFAX - SUPPORTED LIVING & TODMORDEN - REGISTERED HOME)

£9.00 - £9.25 per hour
30 & 39 hours per week
  • Experience of working in a care setting, supporting people with a learning disability is required
  • Knowledge of complex needs and severe challenging behaviour is essential
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care (Adults) is essential
  • Supervisory experience is required for this role
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for roles in the Registered Home but not for the roles in the Supported Living settings
  • A flexible apporach and good organisation skills are a requirement for this role
  • All applicants must be over the age of 18 yrs (NMS 33.11)

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS
(ADULT SERVICE)
CALDERDALE
(incl HALIFAX - SUPPORTED LIVING & TODMORDEN - REGISTERED HOME)

£8.25 - £9.00 per hour (dependent on experience & qualification)
30 & 39 hours per week
  • Experience of working in a care setting is essential
  • Experience of supporting people with a learning disability is desirable
  • Knowledge of complex needs and challenging behaviour is essential
  • Flexible approach is essential
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for roles in the Registered Home but not for the roles in the Supported Living settings

WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS
(ADULT SERVICE)
CALDERDALE (incl HALIFAX AREA)

£8.40 per hour
3 or 4 nights per week
  • Experience of working in a care setting is essential
  • Experience of supporting people with a learning disability is also required
  • Knowledge of complex needs and severe challenging behaviour is essential
  • Flexibility is essential & a full driving license is required
  • All applicants must be over the age of 18 yrs (NMS 33.11)

SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS
(CHILDREN'S SERVICE)
ROCHDALE, ROSSENDALE & OLDHAM

£11.50 per hour
39 hours per week plus on call duties
(Mainly lates, earlies and weekend shifts)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential
  • Experience of working in a care setting supporting young people in a residential setting is essential
  • Experience of supporting people with additional and complex needs would be an advantage
  • Supervisory experience is essential
  • Flexible approach and good organisation skills are required
  • A full UK driving license is required
  • All applicants must be over the age of 22 yrs (NMS 29.4)

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS
(CHILDREN'S SERVICE)
ROCHDALE, ROSSENDALE, OLDHAM

£10.00 - £10.60 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)
39 hours per week
(Mainly earlies, lates and weekend shifts)
  • Willingness to work towards the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential
  • Experience of working in a care setting is essential, preferably with previous experience of supporting people with additional and complex needs
  • Flexible approach is essential & a full uk driving license is required
  • All applicants must be over the age of 22 yrs (NMS 29.4)

MANAGER - (ADULT SERVICE)
CALDERDALE

39 hours per week
(shifts inc. earlies, days, lates, wknds) plus sleeps and on call duties

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our staff team in the delivery of a high quality supported living service in the Calderdale Area. This is a ‘hands on’ management role working in partnership with the management team to encourage and support the staff team to exceed the care standards and provide a safe, effective, caring, responsive service for our tenants.

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care (Adults) qualification or equivalent
  • Relevant level 4 or level 5 management qualification would be preferred
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience of supporting adults in a care setting and supporting people who may display challenging behaviour
  • Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is preferred
  • Proven Management experience in a care setting with positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of CQC’s Fundamental Standards and Regulations
  • Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with use of a computer for word processing & email (e.g Microsoft Office)
  • A passion for providing quality care and support
  • A flexible approach towards work

RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATOR
SHAWFORTH, LANCASHIRE

£TBC
30 hours per week
(Mon – Fri)

We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administrator with a positive 'can do' attitude for this front of house role to undertake reception duties and to provide high quality secretarial/ administrative support to all of our services and the Management Team.

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience of working in a similar reception/administration role including dealing with telephone enquiries and the typing of professional documents, letters, emails and reports
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Computer literacy is essential with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Email (using Microsoft Outlook)
  • Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience of working in a care setting would be desirable
  • Typing/ word processing qualification would be desirable

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
