Senior Support Workers

Children's Service

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential
  • Experience of working in a care setting supporting young people is essential
  • Experience of supporting people with a learning disability is required
  • Ability to support people with additional and complex needs and associated challenging behaviours is essential
  • Supervisory experience is essential
  • Flexible approach and good organisation skills are required
  • A full UK driving license is required
