Unit 4

Registered with Ofsted for 3 young people

Unit 4 is Lifetime Opportunities’ fourth residential home, again based in the Rossendale Valley, for young people with learning disabilities, autism and associated needs. Admission is for young people aged 8-17 on arrival who fall within our statement of purpose and function (which is available upon request). Staffing ratios are flexible and based upon the needs of the resident children (usually on a 1:1 basis) and the wishes of placing authorities. The team is headed by a Registered Manager and supported by an Assistant Unit Manager and Senior Residential Support Workers.

There are four bedrooms; one is a large studio bedroom with dressing room and en-suite, which would allow a young person a high level of independence or indeed plenty of space if they had many belongings.

A large fully fenced garden is accessible from the lounge through the double French doors, via a large secure decking area.

The house is serviced by a company vehicle that is valeted weekly including a full vehicle safety check by our own maintenance team.
